How to Measure
Circumference
Wrap a soft measuring tape around your head, starting at your hairline, around the back, and returning to the front.
Front to Nape
Measure from the center of your hairline straight back to the nape of your neck.
Ear to Ear (Forehead)
Measure from hairline above one ear, across the forehead, to the hairline above the other ear.
Ear to Ear (TopHead)
Measure from ear to ear over the top of your head.
Temple to Temple
Measure from one temple to the other, across the top of your head.
Nape Width
Measure across the nape of your neck from one side to the other.
