By placing an order you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. The version published at the moment of your order applies to that order.
2. Orders and payment
Orders are processed once payment has been received. You receive an order confirmation by email as soon as payment is authorised.
Orders of items that are in stock can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Custom pieces are produced to your specifications and cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Pricing and availability
All prices are listed in euros and include Dutch VAT.
Bella Haire reserves the right to correct pricing errors. In the event of an obvious error we are not obliged to fulfil an order placed at the incorrect price. We will inform you and offer the choice between proceeding at the correct price or cancelling with a full refund.
Products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to arrange an alternative or a full refund.
4. Shipping and delivery
Bella Haire ships worldwide using third party couriers.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or customs procedures. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.
Bella Haire carries the risk of loss or damage until the order is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Risk transfers to you at the moment of confirmed delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at info@bellahaire.com. We ask you to do this within 48 hours of delivery so we can hold the courier accountable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Bella Haire is not liable for delays caused by courier disruption, customs clearance or force majeure. We will always assist in resolving shipping issues where possible.
5. Right of withdrawal and returns
As a consumer in the European Union you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
This right does not apply to:
Custom pieces made to your specifications.
Wigs of which the lace has been cut, shaped or otherwise altered. Once the lace is cut the piece can no longer be sold as new and cannot be returned.
Products returned in a used or altered condition.

6. Conformity and product information
All pieces are made of human hair. Minor natural variation in colour, texture and density is inherent to the material and is not a defect.
Care instructions are supplied with every order. Damage resulting from heat, chemical treatment, colouring or care that deviates from these instructions falls outside our liability.
Your statutory right to a product that conforms to the agreement remains unaffected.
7. International orders
For orders shipped outside the European Union:
You act as the importer of record.
Import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply.
These charges are for the account of the customer.
Bella Haire is not responsible for delays, additional costs or confiscation resulting from local customs regulations. We advise customers to check their local import rules before purchase.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, Bella Haire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit or revenue, or damage resulting from improper use or care of products after delivery.
Our total liability in any case does not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch or EU law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on bellahaire.com, including images, video, copy, branding, product names and design, is the property of Bella Haire and protected under applicable intellectual property law.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written consent from Bella Haire.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
In the event of a dispute we will first aim to resolve the matter directly. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law designates the court of your place of residence.
As a consumer in the European Union you may also submit a complaint through the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

11. Changes to these Terms
Bella Haire may update these Terms and Conditions. Changes take effect upon publication on this page and apply to orders placed after that moment. The version in force at the time of your order continues to apply to that order.
