Bella Haire ships worldwide with DHL Express and FedEx. All orders are prepared and dispatched from the Netherlands.

Processing times

Dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. In most cases the same or next business day.

Made for you
Sizes and lengths that are not currently in stock stay orderable, and custom pieces are made specifically for you. Both are ready in 20 business days, then shipped by express.

Delivery

2 to 5 business days worldwide after dispatch. Delivery times can vary by destination and customs clearance.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Customs, duties and taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees and local taxes may apply according to the regulations of your country. These charges are for the account of the customer. Bella Haire has no influence on customs procedures or additional charges.

Lost or delayed packages

Bella Haire is responsible for your order until the courier marks it as delivered. We are not liable for packages that go missing after confirmed delivery. If something goes wrong in transit, contact us and we will take it up with the carrier.
