Bella Haire ships worldwide using trusted international express carriers.

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from the Netherlands.

Ready-to-ship wigs are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
In many cases, orders ship the same or next business day.

Each custom wig is handcrafted specifically for you.
Production time is approximately 6 weeks before dispatch.

Once completed, your piece will be shipped via express delivery.

We ship using premium international carriers such as:

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

For added security, we recommend selecting “signature required” directly with the courier once tracking becomes active.

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

may apply in accordance with your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Bella Haire has no control over customs procedures or additional charges.

Bella Haire remains responsible for your order until it is marked as delivered by the courier.

We are not liable for packages lost after confirmed delivery.
